A well-known international Company in Omaha, Nebraska is looking for a full-time permanent Selling Branch Manager.

Summary of Functions: The primary duty of this position is the management of an enterprise, customarily recognized department, or subdivision; directs employees and functions, works closely with the Regional VP or Area Manager, supervises staff, promotes branch to reach financial objectives, monitors and reviews job performance, liaison between branch staff to ensure that a high quality of service is being provided, must be reliable and punctual, good attitude, customer service driven, and maintains the integrity of networks.

Skills: Superb customer service, ability to process and resolve matters intelligently, utilize proper judgment in decision making, work well independently and with a group, resourceful, ability, and expertise to negotiate and close, lead your team as a whole to achieve optimal results!

Qualifications: Previous temporary staffing experience and/or 2 years of sales management experience in a service industry. Two years of previous leadership and supervisory experience in an office environment. Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study. Must maintain a current driver’s License and personal automobile.
