Customer Service Rep – Claims

Handling all aspects of the claims process for loss of or damage to household goods transported by the company.
Receiving and initiating calls or emails with the customer concerning their claim, determining how best to handle their individual loss and damage claims.
Monitor and assist the customer with the claims process, from initial review of damage and loss, to what inspections or substantiation will be necessary, to assisting them with forms and requirements of the government.
Review and analyze claims to determine the proper settlement.
Review and respond to any rebuttals from customers or agents to the claim settlement proposed.
