Interview No one likes to feel like they’re being interviewed or interrogated. At our office you’ll have a conversation with one of our staffing coordinators. We’re going to talk to you, ask questions, listen and take a lot of notes. We’re listening for your expectations, your requirements. We will make suggestions based on the market as we know it, the probability of gaining everything you want and a review of our open orders for a match.
Candidate Interview Preparation Most people are nervous about interviewing. So much is on the line. Questions about goals, salary, and conflict can undermine your confidence. We feel that the best prepared applicant has the best chance of getting hired. We don’t offer a canned presentation because one spiel does not fit all. We work with you using a Q&A of what might be asked and how best to address those questions that could make you anxious or unsure.
