We prepare an overview based on the client’s timeline, budget and job description.
We use the clients weighted criteria asking for a combination of skills, attitude and past success benchmarks.
Skills Assessment. Comprehensive computer tests “Prove It” to determine competencies.
Our interview expands beyond customary interview questions. Our strategy is to determine depth of experience and sincerity in the job pursuit. Our trained interviewers move from the surface through the layers to find the right match for your company.
Business references (3 when possible) are checked. We are looking beyond confirmation of employment to job performance, workplace attitude and eligibility for re-hire.
